Reconstruction of demineralization stations - Mondi SCP Ružomberok, Slovakia
Client: Mondi SCP, a.s., Ružomberok, Slovakia
Equipment and performance: Reconstruction of two demineralization stations supplied and put into operation by Wabag in 1995, according to the scope set out below:
- Transfer of ionex mass from filters into washing tanks.
- Removal of old fasteners and seals.
- Opening of manholes at filters.
- Disassembly of the original nozzles.
- Revision and repair of the rubberized layer inside the filters.
- Delivery and installation of new nozzles.
- Delivery and installation of new fasteners and seals.
- Closing of manholes at filters.
- Transfer of ionex mass from washing tanks to filters.
- Commissioning.
Reconstruction of demineralization stations took place in two terms:
- Demineralization station No. 1 - 11/2020.
- Demineralization station No. 2 - 02/2020.
