Client: Mondi SCP, a.s., Ružomberok, Slovakia
Equipment and performance: Reconstruction of the Anthracite Filter, which Wabag supplied and put into operation in 2002 , according to the scope below:
- Removal of old fasteners and seals.
- Opening the manholes at the filter.
- Removal and ecological disposal of the old anthracite filling.
- Disassembly of the old nozzles.
- Revision of the inner space of the filter, including the nozzle bottom and supports.
- Delivery and installation of new nozzles that have higher temperature resistance (up to 90° C).
- Delivery and installation of new fasteners and seals.
- Closing of manholes at filters.
- Delivery and filling of a new anthracite filling.
- Commissioning.
Reconstruction of the Anthracite filter was performed within 3 working days, in 04/2020.
